- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 rasher smoked back or streaky bacon
- 25g grated mature Cheddar cheese
- 5 asparagus tips
- HP Texan BBQ sauce
- Top a char grilled chicken breast with smoked streaky bacon and mature Cheddar cheese.
- Glaze under a hot grill until golden, transfer to serving plate.
- Blanch asparagus tips in boiling water, drain and season well.
